Max Menozzi is Newell Brands' President of EMEA and APAC, leading the company’s commercial organization and business in EMEA and APAC and accelerating growth through a One Newell go-to-market strategy and operational excellence. 

A seasoned CPG executive, Max has 30 years of international commercial experience in roles across multiple geographies, categories and channels. Prior to joining Newell, he served as an independent consultant advising prominent clients on corporate strategy, brand building, and digital transformation. He spent 28 years at Procter & Gamble, serving in multiple senior roles, including Senior Vice President & General Manager, Grooming. During that time, he led the turnaround of the Shave Care business in North America, and he was also the Global Brand Franchise leader for Gillette. Before that, he served as General Manager, Shave Care, Asia Pacific & Greater China and General Manager, Global Pharmacy Beauty. 

Max holds a degree with honors in Economics from the University of Pisa, Italy. He has also taken courses at Harvard Business School and UC Berkley.
