Recently, our Go-to-Market Team (GTM) hosted an inspiring and productive U.S. National Sales Meeting, bringing together 400 of our top sales and marketing professionals for an intensive three-day event. The topics of the meeting were centered around strategy execution, leading innovation, exceeding consumer expectations and navigating the complexities of the current macroeconomic environment, laddering up to its theme: Elevate.
The meeting kicked off with addresses from our President & CEO Chris Peterson, Chief Commercial Officer – the Americas, Mike Hayes, CFO Mark Erceg, CMO Melanie Huet, and our segment CEOs, Kris Malkoski, Michael McDermott and Nico Duran, setting the tone for the days ahead. Chris and Mark provided valuable insights into the marketplace, sharing their perspectives on our ongoing turnaround progress and outlining what’s needed from our GTM team to achieve success. Other sessions featured our leaders sharing GTM success stories and providing an exciting look at what’s ahead for our team this year with all content aligning with our 2025 priorities, the first and most important being to return to top-line growth.

Throughout the event, attendees engaged in immersive sessions with our iconic brands, gaining hands-on experience with our products. These sessions highlighted our commitment to consumer understanding and innovation and showcased real-world examples of how we are leveraging these innovations to be better partners to our retail customers and better serve consumers by addressing unmet needs.
One key theme was aligning our resources with our strategic Where to Play choices, ensuring that every team member understands their role in fueling our flywheel. The interactive sessions and collaborative discussions provided a platform for sharing best practices and fostering a unified approach to our strategy.
As we continue to cultivate a high-performance, innovation and inclusive culture, this meeting reinforced our collective commitment to boldly execute with excellence and create value for consumers and retail customers. The National Sales Meeting left our teams energized and equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to drive our company forward.
