Our leaders recently gathered at our annual Leadership Summit for three days of programming focused on our 2025 strategic priorities and accelerating our growth journey. This year’s theme, Inspiring Boldness Every Day, emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of action and innovation within the organization. It encouraged our leaders to step out of their comfort zones, take calculated risks, and confidently embrace new challenges to drive the company forward.
Our 2025 Leadership Summit kicked off with an address from Chris Peterson, President & CEO, in which he discussed the company's vision for 2025. In the afternoon, our Segment CEOs explored strategies for leveraging product innovation to drive growth. The day continued with discussions on consumer-centric product innovation and commercial innovation, featuring cross-functional leaders from all of our business Segments.
Tuesday morning’s sessions focused on strategies for expanding distribution channels. Leaders from our brand teams and go-to-market organization discussed innovative approaches to retail space management and winning with key retail partners. Global leaders discussed strategies for international growth, and supply chain, procurement and strategy leaders emphasized operational excellence and leveraging AI to drive productivity.
The final day began with HR leaders discussing strategies for driving business results through impactful stewardship of the company's organization, talent, and culture. Then, Mark Erceg, CFO, provided an overview of the company's financial goals. The summit concluded with closing remarks from Chris Peterson, summarizing key takeaways and final thoughts.
