Last year, we proudly launched the Newell Brands CEO Awards, an annual program celebrating excellence across our organization. In the initiative’s first year, we received nearly 500 nominations from employees around the globe. These nominations highlighted exceptional work, dedication, and significant contributions that talented employees below the Senior Director level have made to our company. From Chemistry to Sales, Procurement to Research & Development and more, employees were recognized by their colleagues for their commitment to our shared values of integrity, teamwork, passion for winning, ownership and leadership.
